DeFiWizard has been acquired by ZeroSwap
We are happy to announce DeFiWizard has been acquired by ZeroSwap. We are joining forces with strong ZeroSwap Team. With this acquisition we will expand our origin to build innovative yield farming and wants to focus more on chains other than ETH and BSC. With immediate effect we will be focusing more on Polygon(previously Matic Network) for next couple of weeks.
After the TGE on March 1st. We worked with more than 45+ teams for various DeFi Infrastructure Services. Tech has been the backbone of DeFiWizard. Hiring hasn’t been easy for Anonymous teams. With this merger with ZeroSwap we will have very strong business development and marketing going forward.
ZeroSwap brand has already played the role in terms of creating awareness for DeFiWizard. They were one of the first projects to give us opportunity to showcase our DeFi Infrastructure Services.
Synergies and changes after the merger and acquisition:
- DWZ Token: The existing DWZ tokenomics will remain as is.
- ZEE Token: The existing ZEE tokenomics will remain as is.
- Merger with BD and Marketing Team: We definitely need bigger marketing push and bigger team to handle all the inbound requests.
- Merger with Tech: ZeroSwap’s tech team will help us to expand our infrastructure tools with more innovative tools.
We’re excited to set ZeroSwap apart from other IDO platforms by providing infrastructure services to them for pre launch and post launch by acquiring DeFi Wizard. Their proven DeFi legos gives us the assurance that users will access multi chain liquidity with ease and in a secured manner.
